What: Summer Group Runs
We strongly encourage returning runners and newcomers to attend these voluntary sessions to begin developing their fitness and to connect with teammates.
When: BEGinning Monday, June 15
We will meet at 7 a.m. Monday-Friday. We will do our best to provide projected times for practice sessions, which most often last 60-90 minutes.
Where: HMS PARKING lot And other sites
For the first week, we will plan to meet at Helena Middle School, but we will likely meet at various sites throughout the summer to provide variety and allow the athletes to get on softer surfaces as often as possible.
