Required Forms and Fees
Each athlete MUST have a signed Drug and Alcohol Form, and signed concussion form, completed pre-participation physical (first-time high school athletes only) BEFORE they can start official practice on August 14.
The participation cost is a $90 fee for the first sport. Fees can be paid on line at HSD RevTrak: Helena High School (revtrak.net)
