- Sat, Aug 2: Run on your own (workouts detailed in Final Surge)
- Mon, Aug 4: Vigilante Stadium, Long Run and Strength- NOTE: Weight training encouraged at 5 p.m. at HHS weight room

Practices are scheduled for 1-2 hours.
