Please address these action items as soon as possible, so I can sign you up for the USATF Montana Junior Olympic Cross Country Championships, which is an NXR tune-up race that will be at Bill Roberts Golf Course on Saturday, Nov. 9. Importantly, please do not try to register for the meet itself, as that is something I will complete through the Helena Novas account.
Please reference the list below and address these items by times and days indicated to ensure entry into the meet. I included membership numbers for those who have them to ease the process. DO NOT DELAY.
- For those who have âDOBâ next to their name below, documentation (image of birth certificate or driverâs license) must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. Monday Nov. 4 to ensure USATF has ample time to review and approve.
- For those who have âMembership and DOBâ next to their name, you must register for a USATF membership and submit documentation (image of birth certificate or driverâs license) NO LATER than 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4.
- For those who have âExpiredâ next to their name, that simply indicates you have an expired membership. If thatâs you, please renew your USATF membership by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5. Renew your existing membership, DO NOT create a new membership or you will have to do the DOB process again.
If creating a new membership or renewing an old membership not affiliated with the Novas, please affiliate yourself with Helena Novas (31-0607) when creating a membership. That will allow me to register you for the meet with the team.
